Isaac — Castlevania: Belmont's Curse

Isaac is a devil forgemaster who creates and commands demons. Official note: he has a history with Trevor dating back 20 years. English voice: Liam O'Brien, reprising the role from Castlevania: Curse of Darkness. That callback is the loudest "this is canon" signal in the entire press cycle.

Why 20 years matters

Curse of Darkness is 1479. Belmont's Curse is 1499. Isaac's war with Trevor and the defected forgemaster Hector is not ancient myth to these people. It is middle age. If Isaac is in Paris, the monster flood is not a random eclipse. It is a craftsman's revenge or a craftsman's new contract with Dracula. Read him next to Trevor rather than as a generic summoner elite.

Official pages give him a tarot treatment like the other bosses, so expect a fight and an Arcana. The practical sheet is the Isaac boss page. His demons are the excuse for unique enemy types in the castle. When a room feels like a forgemaster workshop, you are in his chapter even if the map still says "chapel."

How to prepare

No public move list exists yet. A magic-forward Rose has tools for summoned adds. A whip courier has tools for a humanoid caster who tries to keep distance. Either way, finish earlier cards so you are not entering a forgemaster fight with a level-one fireball. Use the Arcana guide and the castle walkthrough as your setup.
